On the other hand, objective tinnitus may be caused due to a circulatory problem or some tumor in a blood vessel. Other causes would be possible structural defects in the inner ear. Objective tinnitus is the kind of hearing disorder wherein the sounds that you hear can also be heard by other people. Such sounds can be heard by an examiner with the use of a stethoscope.
